Below is a fillable Interim Recertification Packet.  It must be completed on a computer, it is not fillable from a phone.  If you don't have access to a computer and need a packet, please call the office at 860-290-8301 and we can mail one to you.

Each year prior to lease anniversary, individuals/families will be sent information on the recertification process. Residents are responsible to comply with the annual recertification process. Failure to do so will result in lease termination, eviction, or loss of subsidy.

  • During this time, families will be responsible to re-verify their family size, income, and expenses.
  • After recertification documents are verified, rent will be recalculated, and notifications of any new portions of rent owed by the resident for the upcoming year will be sent out.
  • At this time, inspections will be conducted on the housing unit to be sure residents are abiding by set regulations and maintaining property and program compliance standards.
